I recently stayed at Pension Kaia for a week on a leisure trip. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the Old City. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us during a difficult situation. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great shower and comfortable beds. I also appreciated the variety of breakfast choices and the welcoming atmosphere of the pension.

The rooms at Pension Kaia are cozy and comfortable, with a homely feel. I loved the flat-screen TV and private bathroom, which were perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. The heating kept me nice and warm too.

Personally, I found the electric kettle in the double room a bit unnecessary. But hey, some people might enjoy having it for their morning cuppa.

The location of this accommodation is mind-blowing, right in the center of all the action! It is surrounded by dozens and dozens of amazing Pintxo Bars and restaurants, making it super convenient to enjoy the local cuisine. The main sights and beaches are also within walking distance, and the bus and train stations are close by for further exploration. The facilities provided are top-notch, with spotlessly clean rooms, great showers and toilets, and clean towels every day. The staff are absolutely excellent - they are friendly, extremely helpful, and went above and beyond to assist us in a difficult situation. The pension provides all the necessary amenities and even offers a laundry service for a reasonable price. The feeling of safety and privacy on the second floor is a big plus, especially with the lift available. this accommodation is a great value for its location, with superb staff and incredible cleanliness. Highly recommended!
